CURATED SET FOR THE PEOPLE [ TAPE - 3 ]

In 2018, I immersed myself in a sonic journey crafted by the maestro David August. This set, designed to unravel the depths of the self, became a channel to tune into the night and explore the uncharted territories of my own consciousness.
As a young soul, intersecting with transformative experiences, this musical odyssey led me to surrender in body movement, allowing my physical being to align with the unrestricted flow of the night. It was a dance with the shadows, a tuning into the mysterious and untamed aspects of myself, shedding the veil of societal norms.
The setting was a friend's space after a night of revelry. With lights dimmed, we collectively let go of life's stresses, dancing in unison and connecting without words. The music served as a guide, allowing us to drift into the profound emptiness of the night, a shared experience yet deeply personal.
Why do I share this? Because this set is a masterpiece, an invitation for humanity to discover the liberation found in movement, to revel in the deep of the night and commune with one's inner self.
The emotions evoked were a release of tension, a welcoming of the dark within – an embrace of the hidden self. This set is more than music; it's a transformative experience, an exploration into the realms of self-discovery and the liberation of movement in the profound embrace of the night.
